Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Partners
We deliver orders through reputable courier services, including:
• TCS
• M&P
• DHL (for international shipments, where applicable)
The courier partner is selected based on the shipping option chosen at checkout, destination, and package requirements.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are eligible for same-day dispatch, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day
• Dispatch timelines may vary during sales, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances
3. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping is available on all flat-rate shipping orders above PKR 5,000
• Shipping charges for orders below PKR 5,000 are calculated at checkout
• Shipping costs may vary depending on weight, size, and destination
All applicable shipping charges are disclosed to the customer before order confirmation, in compliance with Pakistan consumer transparency requirements.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines depend on the shipping zone and courier service selected:
• Major cities: 2–4 working days
• Other cities & remote areas: 3–7 working days
These timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events.
5. Split Shipments
• Items within the same order may be shipped from different warehouses
• This may result in multiple packages delivered separately
• There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments
• Delivery times for each package may vary
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address
• Golden Elephant E-commerce is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
• In case of returned or refused shipments, shipping charges will not be refunded
7. Shipment Tracking
• Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via SMS or email (where applicable)
• Customers are encouraged to track their shipment and coordinate with the courier if required
8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
Golden Elephant E-commerce shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
• Courier service disruptions
• Natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory restrictions
• Government actions or force majeure events
However, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.
