Refund and Returns Policy

At Golden Elephant E-commerce, we are committed to providing reliable products and responsive customer service. In accordance with applicable Consumer Protection Laws of Pakistan, we offer the following return and refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
• Items must be returned with original packaging and invoice
• Returns are subject to prior approval from Golden Elephant E-commerce
2. Return Authorization
• All returns must be authorized in advance
• Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted
• Our warehouse cannot process unauthorized returns
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, as permitted under Pakistan consumer law:
• Printed, washed, altered, or decorated merchandise
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
• Items inspected and approved by the customer before alteration or embellishment
Customers are responsible for inspecting all items before any customization or modification.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
• You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the order
• Please clearly indicate the defect (e.g., using tape to mark the flaw)
• Supporting photos/videos may be required for verification
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable under consumer protection regulations.
5. Order Cancellation & Exchange
• To cancel or exchange an order, please submit a request through the return form
• For exchanges, customers must place a new order for the desired item
• Cancellations are subject to order processing status
6. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
• Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Shipping & Freight Charges
• Customers are responsible for outbound and return shipping charges
• Refused or unclaimed shipments will incur both outbound and return freight costs
• Freight charges may be deducted from the refund amount
8. Compliance with Pakistan Law
This policy is drafted in compliance with applicable Consumer Protection Acts of Pakistan, which ensure:
• Right to accurate product information
• Right to fair redress for defective or misrepresented goods
• Right to timely complaint resolution
